The following is an extract from the minutes of the Agriculture and Fisheries Council Meeting on 17 May 2016:
The Council decided not to oppose the adoption of a delegated regulation amending annex III to regulation 110/2008 on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks (7303/16 + ADD1).
The delegated regulation replaces annex III to regulation 110/2008 with a view to updating the list of established geographical indications for which technical files were submitted to the Commission by 20 February 2015.
