Minced beef labelling

This is an information panel on a pack of Minced beef.

Under the requirements for minced beef, the pack must indicate where is has been slaughtered, where minced and its origin. In this case, the mincing took place in Northern Ireland, 'UK(NI)', but the beef may have its orgin and have been slaughtered in other parts of the United Kingdom - hence the use of 'UK/UK(NI)'.
