The extract provided below (greatly enlarged) is part of the cardboard sleeve around a pack of Bacon. This product provides the mandatory information in both English and French. The nutrition data is given 'per 100g'. In addition to the seven required items (energy, fat, saturates, carbohydrate, sugars, protein and salt), the list also includes 'fibre' as a voluntary additional item.
