Height of lettering - Small pack

This is the back panel of a pack of sausages showing just the ingredients list (the rest of the panel was filled with additional text but it has been obscured for this image). It has been scanned with a ruler to show the actual dimensions. The back panel is approximately 75 cm2. It is therefore less that 80 cm2 and the minimum 'x-height' is therefore 0.9mm (and not the normal 1.2mm). The actual x-height used can be seen from the use of an 'x' in the word 'antioxidant'. It appears to be about 0.9mm as allowed.
