Delegatres attending our flvourists training course.We are actively involved in providing short courses for industry and education. These are varied and can be tailored to your needs.

Current courses

Our current regular courses are:

  • Ice Cream course – A well-established three or four day course designed for industry personnel needing additional knowledge of the science and technology of ice cream.
  • Flavourists training course – A three week programme run in conjunction with professional organisations and the flavour industry.
  • Summer course for 6th form students – A three day course giving 6th formers an introduction to the science and technology of food.
  • Teachers Day – An opportunity for science teachers to find out how food science can be applied to the school curriculum.
