Booking for the ice cream course during 2019 is now being taken which takes place between the 08th-10th/11th January 2019.

Thermal Processing Course

The Food processing Centre is pleased to announce launching a thermal processing course early in September2018. This two days course presents the theory of thermal processing principles supplemented by tutorials and practical sessions. The practical sessions include gaining hands on experience of pasteurisation, UHT and in-container processing (sterilisation). Delegates will have an opportunity to prepare and thermally process a variety of food products. Thermal processing equipment (Pasteurisation plant, UHT plant, and Retort) will be utilised in the practical sessions.
