Buildings Maintenance: We maintain over 400 University buildings and deal with over 30,000 repairs and inspections each year. Find out more about buildings maintenance.
Campus Services: We provide security, portering, postal services, environmental sustainability and waste provision and cleaning. We also manage the University's car parks. Find out more about Campus Services.
Grounds Maintenance: We look after over 300 acres of historic parkland, which includes 10 acres of formal gardens and 20 acres of sports grounds. Find out more about the grounds.
Residential Services: We provide residential accommodation for students, campus catering, conference facilities and overnight accommodation for individuals and groups. Find out more about our Halls of Residence and their staff.
Space Management: We allocate space across the University and hold room data for all buildings in a bespoke database. Find out more about Space Management.
WREN database: We have developed our own facilities database. Authorised staff members and external partners can gain access to specific reports through this site via the FMD portals.
