Postal Services

Postal Services provide the University with a modern and reliable internal mail distribution system integrated with a state-of-the-art outgoing external mail, parcel and courier management service. We handle over 310,000 items of mail annually and our customers spend over £275,000 with us.

Our staff and vehicles collect and deliver internal mail to and from specific points around the University several times a day. The mail is sorted and prepared for distribution as soon as it arrives in the post room ready for delivery on the next round.

Postal Services is responsible for handling all outgoing outgoing mail for the entire University. We offer a full range of services, from posting a single letter to sending multiple packages internationally by courier, and we have negotiated discounts on many of these services.

We also offer a wide range of competitively priced wishing to send private items. All Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL services are available.

The University mail room is located in the basement of Whiteknights House. The postal services counter (Room B04) is open from 10.30 - 15.30 Monday to Friday.
