Estates & Facilities Help Desk provides a single point of contact through which problems can be recorded and prioritised on a consistant basis.

Out of hours - please call Security on 7799 (internal) or 0118 378 7799 (external)

Help Desk operates between 08:00 - 16:30 on week days. There is an answer phone service outside of these hours.
