E&F Help Desk provides a single point of contact through which requests for work are recorded and prioritised on a consistant basis. For details see : Maintenance Prioritisation (DOC 25KB) document.

Help Desk operates between 08:00 - 16:30 on week days. There is an answer phone service outside of these hours.
Emergencies/Out of hours:
For emergencies outside of the hours shown above, please call : Security Office on 7799 (internal) or +44 (0)118 378 7799.
You can also email the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. This facility should not be used for emergencies or for logging job requests.
Use the E&F Portal to log a job request, track a job's progress or find building information. This facility should not be used for emergencies.
Access to this facility requires a valid Portal password which is available from : E&F Portal Access.
