involving fire or theft, please complete the
Zurich Municipal Motor Fire/Theft Claim Form
and EITHER:
- Fill in details on
line and email to
Zurich with any scanned attachments to
zmmotorclaimsoffice@uk.zurich.com
- Print off the form,
complete and post to Zurich Municipal Motor Claims, PO Box 3322, Interface
Business Park, Swindon SN4 8XW.
