Centre for Euro-Asian Studies (CEAS)

Established in 1996, the Centre for Euro-Asian Studies (CEAS) has earned a worldwide reputation for its unique expertise and leading research into Euro-Asian countries.

Centre logoWe have representatives in 14 countries throughout the world, and are looking forward to introducing new representatives in other countries. Our members believe in the importance of our work, not only now, but for the benefit of future generations. We hope to increase our understanding of the reality in CIS countries and Central & Eastern Europe. Our consultancy work and conferences provide a forum in which professionals can discuss and share information and strategies for success in these areas.

The Centre unites more than 30 professors and prominent academics who are working in Politics, Economics and Security of the countries in transition. We are confident that our students will go on to become leading diplomats, politicians and economists across Euro-Asia. We are actively engaged in research and consultancy in the Euro-Asian region, and are participants and contributors to the international conferences organised by organisations including the United Nations, the IMF and the World Bank.

CEAS 'An invaluble window'

'The Centre for Euro-Asian Studies is an invaluable window. It has been a pleasure to engage with both the faculty and students of CEAS to advance our understanding of the post-communist transition and of Central Asia.’
