FAQs

Feedback

Q) How can I give feedback about my experience of working with DPS during my current job or following a recent job?
A) DPS are committed to improving our service. If you have specific feedback, good or bad, please email Darren Lewis d.j.lewis@reading.ac.uk.

Q) Can I have a 'Lessons Learned Meeting' at the end of my job?
A) We would be delighted to discuss ways in which University teams can help each other to:

  • repeat successes – if we can express concretely what went well, and why.
  • consider what may have gone wrong and why, and make sure there is a way to transfer related recommendations forward.

Please email James Lloyd j.c.lloyd@reading.ac.uk or Darren Lewis d.j.lewis@reading.ac.uk to arrange a meeting.
