Annual reports

The University publishes equality and diversity data annually to assess the progress made and challenges faced in achieving our equality and diversity objectives.

The report also sets out the equality-related data that has been gathered during the year and makes recommendations for future action.

Starting March 2018, our annual Gender Pay Gap Report is also available in this section. Employers with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish the following figures annually.

  • Gender pay gap (mean and median averages)
  • Gender bonus gap (mean and median averages)
  • Proportion of men and women receiving bonuses
  • Proportion of men and women in each quartile of the organisation's pay structure
