Background:
After completing my degree in Graphic Design I worked for an educational app provider, which sparked my interest in education. Before joining the University I worked as a secondary school teacher and later in FE colleges as a lecturer in Creative Technologies. Alongside my lecturing responsibilities, I mentored teaching colleagues and delivered training sessions to support staff PGCE accreditation. Within this role I covered a variety of eLearning tools and have a particular interest in blended learning and deploying new technologies in the learning environment. I am keen to support colleagues in developing engaging uses of technology in teaching and learning.
