Fluorescent tubes are classified as hazardous and therefore are collected by the Clean & Green team for disposal.  Please email waste@reading.ac.uk for collection.

Compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) or low-energy bulb

These are also classified as hazardous, so please email waste@reading.ac.uk and the Clean & Green team will collect.

Incandescent light bulb or Tungsten filament bulb

These are not hazardous waste, but please email waste@reading.ac.uk for collection.  Do not put them in the mixed glass recycling.
