CDs and DVDs

The University of Reading can take your unwanted CDs and DVDs to be recycled. Just put them (with jewel cases, sleeves and inserts) in an envelope marked CD/DVD Recycling - Post Room and send them in the internal post.

To remove other kinds of media e.g. cassettes, floppy disks or CDs and DVDs with confidential information, email waste@reading.ac.uk.
