Disposal Request

If you wish to dispose of any of the following:

• IT equipment and accessories
• Fridges and freezers
• Electrical equipment
• Furniture.

Before submitting the form please consider whether the item(s) could be reused or sold to another department by advertising on the dept-secs email list. Full disposal guidelines can be found on the procurement web pages.

Please ensure that you have the full details of the item before submitting your request.

Once you submit the request:

1. The budget holder will be asked to approve the disposal
2. Campus Services will arrange for the items to be either recycled or disposed of via the appropraite route.
