Have you ever thought 'How can one person make a difference to the environment?' Well now you can use some free time that you may have to make that difference and reduce your environmental impact by making a Green Pledge. The pledge can be as small or as big as you like and we've even made some suggestions below to get you started, or if you'd prefer you can make an original pledge and inspire others to do the same!

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint at the University of Reading and will be estimating the reduction in carbon equivalent emissions that our pledges will make. So every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a real difference and help to reduce our environmental impact.
