My thesis looks at Archaic Greek pottery found in Carthage with the objective of identifying the patterns of distribution of these early wares, analyse their significance within the different Archaic Carthaginian contexts in which they were found, and examine possible connections with the Greek world through the different uses observed of these wares. Other interests include Classical and Hellenistic painting and sculpture, North African Roman mosaics, and when given the opportunity, archaeological fieldwork.
