About Us

The Centre for Hellenic Studies at the University of Reading exists to promote understanding of modern Greek culture.

One of its main activities is to provide classes in Modern Greek language. Our teacher, Dr. Dimitra Tzanidaki, is seconded to us from the Greek Ministry of Education.

The Centre also organises lectures, events and conferences, to which all members of the University, as well as members of the general public, are welcome.
