Technology in careers education

Location: Agriculture Building, Whiteknights Campus, University of Reading
CCMS and the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services hosted this one day conference in July. The event explored some of the popular technology used within the delivery of careers education.The conference covered a number of topics including:
- Podcasts
- Using video within teaching and learning
- Managing digital identity
- Virtual fairs
- 'Net'working
- Writing for an online audience.
The keynote speaker for this event was Jane Standley, Head of Careers at Brunel University.
