What is Student Stories?

Student Stories is a new website which will offer students and other young people access to honest accounts of student and university life from those who have experienced it first hand. The website is currently being developed and is due to be launched by the end of the year. The core content of the site will be audio clips of finalists and recent graduates reflecting on their time at university, under the broad themes of studying, social life and futures.

The audio clips will be organised within subsections of these themes, to provide specific, straightforward accounts relating to a particular topic, e.g. making friends, living independently, approaches to studying. The narratives will explore in rich detail students' thoughts, conflicts and changing feelings. They will be searchable by theme or by student.

Student Stories will offer real, authentic voices which other students can listen to and draw on for their own personal reflection.
