The Dairy

Situated on the University's London Road Campus in the old dairy buildings, this popular venue is accessible from Redlands Road, facing the Royal Berkshire Hospital's west side. The bar is open to visitors with University of Reading staff and students receiving discounts on many products.

We boast a large range of draught and craft beer, cider, real ales and an impressive spirits selection. We also offer a large range of bottled products, cocktails and a great selection of wine. Food is served throughout the day, from midday until 9pm, with different lunch and dinner menus."

We are the official home of multiscreen sports viewing for the University with 9 HD Screens with the ability to show two different matches at the same time with sound plus a third without. As well as showing all the big matches we also regularly show European Football & home Rugby matches & subscribe to ESPN, BT Sports & Sky Sports. For fixtures see our page on Match Pint.

We also have two pool tables, a juke box, a full coffee bar, outside seating & campus gardens and free WiFi – all a short walk away from Reading town centre, university accommodation and regular bus routes.
