		Research Interests Farmland bird ecology; recent projects include work on declining farmland birds Relationships between farmland bird populations and their habitats at the landscape and finer scales Effects of pesticide use on wildlife Foraging habitat selection Autecological studies; including nightjar, bittern and most recently yellowhammer and skylark.
