Our workshops are built around a dynamic and robust structure, which has been honed over thirty years. However, every workshop is unique; what each delegate brings to the session determines the shape and outcome of the day. The underlying principles of communication, which Black Box is so effective at exploring, remain constant but the matters in hand are shaped by the delegates' unique professional insights and experience.

All Black Box workshops are bespoke. We discuss your organisation's specific requirements and desired outcomes for the session and allow those targets to steer the activities, conversations and debates taking place within the workshop. Where the Black Box booking has been designed to explore specific situations, the facilitators are fully appraised, and design the imagery presented with these goals in mind.
