MSc Wildlife Management and Conservation - Job Prospects
Over the years, this MSc has consistently demonstrated that students leave with the skills required by the conservation sector. Since 1997, 80% of ALL students have gained employment in the conservation sector with a further 10% going on to PhD. Only 10% of all students who start the MSc either fail to find employment in the conservation sector or, more often, decide to opt for another career. The sorts of jobs secured are very varied; many people work for NGOs but quite a few find employment within the government sector (Natural England, DEFRA, Council Biodiversity Officers).
