Dr Evangelos Delivopoulos is an expert in neuronal network engineering and neural implants. He received his PhD from the University of Edinburgh and has held research posts in the Universities of Cambridge and Nottingham. His research interests include neuralisation of stem cells, neuronal network formation in biocompatible hydrogels and interfacing compliant microelectrodes with the peripheral nervous system. The main aim of his research is to model and address pathologies affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems.
