Making a referral

We can only accept referrals for children living in Berkshire, or if they are registered with a GP in Berkshire

If you are a concerned parent/ guardian of an anxious child please speak to your general practitioner or any of the professionals listed below to request a referral.

We take referrals from GPs, Paediatricians, Educational Psychologists, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, Primary Mental Health Workers, School Nurses and SENCOs.
