The Prehistoric Archaeology Research Group focuses on a wide range of aspects of the prehistoric past, from early hominin evolution and material culture to the diverse societies of the Holocene. Researchers in PARG utilise a range of different theoretical and methodological approaches to explore and integrate the prehistoric archaeology of different periods and regions, both in the field and from the desktop.
