Areas of Interest:

My key research interests include prospective studies and human intervention studies on the association between diet or nutrients and chronic disease risk. Current research focus include the role of animal-derived foods as dietary sources of vitamin D. Furthermore, current focus also include the impact of dairy products on human health (e.g. cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and fracture risk).

Research groups / Centres:

Collaboration with Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences, Animal, Dairy and Food Chain Sciences Group and the School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences in University of Reading. Also, I have valuable collaborations with University of Cardiff, Tilburg University and University of Copenhagen.
