A culture of giving

From its foundation, the University has relied on the generosity of benefactors to sustain and expand the opportunities available to students. In the early days, gifts from the Wantage and Palmer families among others were crucial in enabling the University to expand and flourish. This culture of giving has continued over the years, with over 5,000 of our alumni supporting our Annual Fund.

Higher Education is now a highly competitive industry and to achieve the goals to which we aspire we require investment from external sources. The way that Higher Education is funded has changed dramatically, but this proud tradition of philanthropic support has continued. We are enormously grateful to our alumni for their support and hope that you would like to invest in our vision.
