Gifts from the USA

Our alumni and Friends who are based in the USA can give to the University of Reading through BSUF (British Schools and Universities Foundation).

This allows the University's American supporters the opportunity to make their tax-deduction gifts to BSUF, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that is recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service. Alumni wishing to make a gift to the University of Reading from the USA should send donations directly to BSUF or to our US alumni representative, Kalia Petmecky (LLB Law, 1992) with checks drawn to BSUF. It is essential that you express your preference when sending your gift for your donation to be directed to the University of Reading.

Gifts from Canada

Canadian taxpayers may claim a tax credit for donations made to The University of Reading as we are registered with the Canada Revenue Agency. We will provide the appropriate receipt to allow you to offset your gift against any taxable income in Canada.
