From Gatwick Airport

Gatwick airport is 28 miles south of London, directly linked to the M23 motorway at Junction 9.
The Gatwick airport website www.gatwickairport.com gives up to date journey planning information for road and rail.

There are direct trains running hourly between Gatwick airport and Reading railway stations (more frequently in peak periods), whilst the regular Gatwick Express service connects to London Victoria railway station.

Train information and timetables for all networks are available via National Rail Enquiries www.nationalrail.co.uk or telephone 08457 48 49 50.

From Heathrow Airport

Heathrow airport is situated just west of Central London, close to both the M4 and M25. The Heathrow airport website www.heathrowairport.com gives journey planning options.

The Railair Link bus service provides an easy direct link between Heathrow airport and Reading railway station. It operates throughout the day (05.00 until 23.00) with a very frequent service and journey time of approximately 45 minutes. Timetables and ticketing information may be found on the Reading Railair website www.railair.com

From Reading Railway Station

There is a taxi rank immediately outside Reading railway station. In smooth traffic conditions the taxi journey between the station and Whiteknights campus usually takes less than 15 minutes.

If travelling directly to the Agriculture building (where the conference sessions will be held), please specify to the taxi driver that you require the Earley Gate entrance to the Whiteknights campus, off Whiteknights Road. If travelling to the accommodation in Whiteknights Hall, please specify the Whiteknights Hall entrance off Upper Redlands Road.
