  • Description
    This is a funnel shaped tinned steel strainer with handles at each side. It has a straining surface of 8" which can cope with milk from 12 cows. There is one metal straining disc present held in place by a steel spring clip. The strainer would have been used to clean milk. This item was used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture, St. Albans.
