    The donor's family owned both Crouch House Farm and Moat Farm. In 1934 the Moat farmhouse was leased and the land attached to it was farmed as part of Crouch House Farm. In 1923, Frank Nott, the son of William Nott (one of the executors mentioned in the account book) leased the farm to his son William R.
