Redevelopment of Bridges Hall and the Sibly Hall site

Bridges Hall
UPP, the University's accommodation partner, has submitted a planning application for the renewal of Bridges Hall. The application has been registered by Wokingham Borough Council - reference F/2011/2595 and is available to view on their website.
Sibly Hall siteThe University of Reading has submitted a revised residential planning application to develop the site, following discussions with Wokingham Borough Council. The applications has been registered with the Council - reference O/2011/2628.

Development of the Bulmershe campus
A planning application has been submitted to Wokingham Borough Council - reference O/2012/0155. This is available to view on their website.
The University held a public exhibition of its proposals for the development of the Bulmershe campus in July 2011. The boards from the exhibition can be downloaded below.

Redevelopment of Wells Hall
The University is putting together proposals to redevelop the redundant Wells Hall site on Upper Redlands Road. The existing hall buildings would be demolished, while retaining many of the key tree specimens, and the site would be developed for mainly large family-sized residences with houses set back from Upper Redlands Road.
An exhibition of the plans were displayed on 16 and 17 September 2011. The boards from the exhibition can be downloaded below:
