  Redevelopment of Wells Hall

  The site of Wells Hall, disused since 2006, has been granted planning permission by Reading Borough Council to be redeveloped. The proposals involve the demolition of the five-storey structure and the redevelopment of the site with 34 family homes in an attractive landscape setting with open spaces and mature trees.

  Redevelopment of Bridges Hall

  Bridges Hall

  University Partnerships Programme (UPP), the University's accommodation partner, is re-developing the Bridges Hall of Residence site on Whiteknights Road for student accommodation. The re-development of site was granted planning consent in April 2012. Brookfield Multiplex are the building contractor.
