The Ure Museum of Greek Archaeology

Facilities for Schools

The Ure Museum of Greek Archaeology is to be found in the Department of Classics located in the Edith Morley Building (former Humanities and Social Sciences). Immediately opposite the entrance to the Department of Classics is a car park where visitors may park or a coach may stop to set down passengers.

picThere is a flight of stairs into the Department of Classics but disabled access may be obtained by entering the building further around at the main front entrance. Once in the Museum disabled access is fine.

There are male and female toilets just outside the Museum in the Department of Classics corridor which pupils may use.

There are tables and chairs in the Museum that pupils may sit at during the talk.
