QAR Coordinator
Responsible for University-wide coordination of QAR activities
Appointed on 1 August 2005, Dr Mike Proven is based in Research and Enterprise Services and is the University
QAR coordinator. The coordinator’s
roles include: establishment and maintenance of the University QAR website;
preparation of the University QAR manual, guidance literature and central paperwork;
liaison with funding bodies, accreditation bodies and external auditors;
advising on policies of funding bodies; acting as secretary to QAR review
panels; organising training, workshops, talks; preparing an annual QAR report;
providing advice on QAR to PIs and School QAR Advisors.
