Motor and Broken Glass Claims Procedures

For making a motor claim involving fire or accident please complete the Zurich Municipal Motor Claim Form and EITHER:

1. fill in details on line and email to Zurich with any scanned attachments
2. print off form, complete and post to Zurich Municipal, Motor Claims Centre, Mountbatten House, Grosvenor Square, Southampton, SO15 2RP

Quote policy number NHE-18CA07-0013 in either case. For theft claims, please contact the University Insurance Office on 0118-378-8309. Please have to hand your Police Reference.
