Application form

There are two ways of applying for our Postgraduate Taught and Research programmes.  For most of our programmes you can apply online, or for all programmes you can fill out an application form.  More information is below on each method.

Applying online

For most of our programmes you can apply online via UKPASS.  Please visit the UKPASS website in order to submit an application.  The website can be found at

If it is your first time using UKPASS you will need to register before you are able to submit an application.  Once you have registered you can select the course you wish to apply for from within the system.  There is a full help facility within UKPASS to assist you in completing the application form.

If the programme you wish to apply for does not appear in the drop down list on UKPASS it means that it is not currently available through UKPASS for an online application.  For these programmes you will need to download/ fill out an application form and apply using that method.

If you do not have internet access, or the programme you wish to apply for is not available through UKPASS, you can download an application form for one of our Postgraduate programmes from this website, complete it and return it by post or by email to the appropriate Admissions Office:

Henley MBA Application form

If you wish to apply for the Henley MBA programme then you must fill out the MBA application form.  You can find the form and instructions for filling it out on the following webpage:

ICMA Centre Postgraduate Applications

The ICMA Centre operates on a rolling admissions basis, meaning that prospective students can apply for our programmes throughout the year, however we do advise to apply early in the year (there are scholarship application deadlines in March and June). We aim to return a decision within 4-6 weeks of receiving your application.

PhD and full-time Masters applicants can apply online or download the ICMA Centre's application form and complete it by hand. We only accept online applications for flexible and and distance learning programmes.
