Admissions Policies and Procedures

The University of Reading operates it's admissions in accordance with policies and procedures approved by the University Senate on the recommendation of the University Board for Teaching and Learning.

Undergraduate Admissions Policy

The Undergraduate Admissions Policy covers applications to all of our undergraduate programmes including 'integrated Masters' programmes e.g. MChem; MEng; MPharm etc.  The policy below has been approved with effect from the 2011 entry admissions cycle.

Postgraduate Admissions Policy

The Postgraduate admissions policy is currently being revised and re-written.  Once it has been through the formal University approval process the link on this website will be replaced.  Until such time the Admissions Policy, approved in 2005, remains in operation for Postgraduate Admissions:
