Cthulhu
GM: Rich Crookes
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7pm
Place: HUMSS building on campus
Set in 1920’s America; Currently the Investigators are looking into what is causing some quite horrific cases of madness in the small massachusets town of Darkewood. Having been hired by the local Squire who lives with his rather more nervous brother George. Featuring Insane Psychologists, Indian Stones, and Naked knife wielding Maniacs, this game is certainly not for the faint hearted (or the weak of Bladder).

Dungeons and Dragons
GM: Hannah Jackson (Cupboard Monster) spu00hmj@rdg.ac.uk
Day: Monday
Time: 7ish-10.45
Place: Hannah's house (email for details)
Your typical D&D world, except that the characters woke up with complete memory loss in a burning building. Now (after many hilarious encounters including one with pig fat that a certain elf would rather not mention and one where two GOBLINS did a really good job at nearly killing the characters before the Celestial Bager called Boris was summoned) they find themsleves in the Adventurers Guild waiting to face the World.
Dungeons and Dragons
GM: John Breakwell johnbrea@microsoft.com
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7-9pm +
Place: HUMSS building on Campus
Light-hearted version of the classic... 8 players in Dungeonland. Cheshire cats, "eat me" food, "drink me" potions, rabbits in waistcoats, caterpillars, etc etc
Confused players, lots of laughs.
Exalted
GM: Craig Jackson lau02cjj@rdg.ac.uk
Day:?
Time:?
Place: Prob. HUMSS/ex-FOLSS
It is set in the white wolf world of sorrows, i.e. pre world of darkness.
You play a human who has been exalted by the gods to shepherd mankind to an era of piece and prosperity. Think along the lines of Japanese anime characters and you're about there. All types of exalted with the exception of abyssal and sidereal are available to play.
Icar
GM: Rob Lang rob@bullet-systems.com
Day: Tuesday
Time: 18:30
Place: HUMSS building on Campus
The setting of this particular Icar game is a Scavenger Vessel (Online Document) where the players play a crew of a deep space scavenger ship, attempting to make profit by stripping valuables from hazardous places. Dark undertones regarding their predecessors and the morals of the captain, an unruly area of space where the Imperium has little grasp and the possibility of stumbling on homicidal robots gives the game richness.
Instead of going A->B along a single adventure, four or five plots exist concurrently and the choices of the players affect the series of events. This produces a feeling of freedom, which is imperative for a group of players who will essentially rebel against any sort of structure.

Mage
GM: Dave Tarr d.m.tarr@rdg.ac.uk
Day: Monday
Time: 7pm
Place: HUMSS building on Campus
An idyllic seeming country retreat is plagued by dark forces as the secrets of it's past begin to surface....
Shattered Reality
GM: The Ref Team SRRefs@yahoo.com
Day: Sunday
Time: 2pm
Place: The Wilderness on Campus – Meet in the carpark to the left of the Student Union (main entrance)
Set in the post-apocalyptic future, the emphasis is now magic not science. Create your character and play them for real. Hit people with sticks, cover yourself in green paint, meet big burly barbarians!
LARP where you face real character assassins, wenches and much quaffing of ale.
It's a lot of fun and tavern nights are normally run once a term at Rich's house to further plot, get to know people and generally quaff,*Try to get most of the ale in your mouth, not down your front*.
Starwars d20
GM: Simon French
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7pm-
Place: HUMSS
Well, I am told that the group haven’t left their home planet yet… I guess this is a good thing, they obviously haven’t committed any crimes against humanity/the planet/goats, yet. Or pissed-off any kind of organisation for that matter! Well, they don’t seem to be in a hurry to escape anyway!
Wheel of Time D20
GM: Keith Pharoah- Metcalf keith.pharoah-metcalf@ntlworld.com
Day: Monday
Time: 7:30pm
Place: GMs House – email him for details
Set in the world of Robert Jordan’s books of the same name (excluding the d20 bit). You have to fight to keep the dark one from breaking out of his prison and save the world from a second destruction. (The first was many years before, known as 'the Breaking', in an age of high magic and high technology.) You don't need to have read the books to play but the start of the game will be somewhere near the beginning of the series.
