Cancellations

Until 15 June 2005 all payments will be refunded EXCEPT for the conference fee which is in all cases non-refundable. After 15 June, there are no refunds.
Note for post graduate students

To be entitled to the reduced rate please ask your supervisor or Head of Department to confirm that you are a registered student.
