The University email lists service was moved to a new system at 6pm on the evening of Monday, 14th April 2003. The archives for messages posted to lists prior to this time and after this time are in separate places:

The new archives are linked to from http://www.lists.rdg.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo.

Note that a small number of email lists were moved to the new system before the above date; the list administrator can advise you with the details of how/when it was moved (if it's not obvious from the archives).
