I am currently working on two projects. The first is ESRC funded research into the status of valuations in secured lending in the UK. The aim of the research is to understand and clarify the process by which valuations are provided, thereby reducing uncertainty and exposure to risk by the parties involved.  The second project is a study commissioned by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister to examine commercial leasing practices and the impact of the new Code of Practice for commercial property leases in England and Wales.
