These courses are intended for construction industry professionals and managers who wish to consolidate their existing qualifications and experience with specific project management training. Their intended outcome is a professional level of competence, personal confidence, and a demonstrable level of qualification.

The courses focus on effective techniques and procedures for meeting the client’s needs, avoiding problems and finding solutions; on the culture of communication that makes this a practical possibility, and on the systems and tools for the job.

Tuition is included on effective and time-efficient communications within projects, using available and emerging IT tools. Candidates are not expected necessarily to have existing expertise in this.

A CPD certificate will be issued on completion of the course.
