- Creator HistoryRobert CLOUGH of Hockwold, co. Norfolk was born in 1700 and educated at Bury St. Edmunds and Caius College, Cambridge. He was admitted a barrister of Gray's Inn 1721 June 22 and subsequently became Lord of the Manor of Badwell Ash and Feltwell, co. Norfolk. He was married to Mary, second daughter of Jermyn Wyche ( -1719) of Hockwold, co. Norfolk. He died at Feltwell on 1777 February 24. Cyril CLOUGH was the son of Robert CLOUGH. He was educated at Ely and at Caius College Cambridge. He became a priest in the Diocese of Norwich 1764 September 23 and was rector of Southery, co. Norfolk 1764 - 1782; of Gaywood, co. Norfolk 1782 - 1805 and of Stradsett co. Norfolk 1794 - 1805. He died 1805 December 11 and was apparently survived by a wife and two daughters
